The Future Explorers’ Club is a travel adventure experience for children shared by a monthly letter sent in the post.

There is nothing quite like the anticipation and fun of receiving an old fashioned letter.

Your letter will be sent from one of our fictional child explorers (Ezra, Suri, Caleb or Florence). It arrives in a distinctive envelope printed with a map of the world and an adorable little snail on the back as a nod to the joy of ‘Snail Mail’. Open your envelope’s wax seal to read a beautifully illustrated letter telling you all about our Explorer’s latest adventure in a new exciting location each month.

Along with your letter you will receive a Map, a ‘Fun Facts’ Card, a Recipe Card so you can cook a local treat, an Easy-to-Make Craft Card and Activity Sheet related to the destination.

Fun for children and adults as together you learn about far flung places and cultures.

Each month you will receive...

- A beautifully illustrated letter from one of our child Explorers (Ezra, Suri, Caleb or Florence) recounting their latest adventures from a different destination each month

- A Map showing the location of the month’s destination

- A ‘Fun Facts’ Card telling you some interesting and amusing information about the month’s destination

- A Recipe Card giving a simple recipe so you can make a tasty local treat to try and share

- An Easy-to-Make Craft Activity Card that relates to the month’s destination.

- A themed Activity Sheet to reinforce new knowledge and inspire extension learning

Ezra, Suri, Caleb and Florence are the fictional child explorers who write and illustrate your monthly letters. We also feature a guest explorer called Jax who is a real explorer currently travelling the world with his parents. The Future Explorers Club offers something for every child between the ages of 4 and 14.

Some children will enjoy reading their letter aloud, new readers can sound out key words and youngest children will happily listen along and enjoy the accompanying artwork.

It is the perfect shared family experience with every child able to enjoy the anticipation of counting down to the letter’s arrival and each child sharing their own thoughts and questions.

The Cooking and Crafting activities offer the opportunity to create happy moments of family connection, with older children able to take a lead role to help their younger siblings participate.

Yes of course! All of the Future Explorers' Club letters can be read aloud to a child / children of any age.

Our Explorers will describe the geography, history, architecture, culture, plant life, animals, food and experiences at their destination but the content will never be negative, inappropriate or controversial.

Yes - you can have your Future Explorers’ Club letter posted to anywhere in the world.

Yes of course - the Future Explorers’ Club can be enjoyed by siblings of all ages.

When you complete the address details under ‘Name’ just write whatever you want to see on the envelope, for example……

The Future Explorers’ Club letters are dispatched on the 1st of each month (unless the 1st is a Sunday or a Bank Holiday when they will be posted off on the 2nd of the month). Your first letter will be posted to you on the next 1st following your sign-up.

For U.K. customers letters  are posted by Royal Mail Second Class post so please allow a few working days after dispatch for delivery. 

For international customers the letters are posted by Royal Mail International Standard post so please allow up to two weeks after dispatch date for international deliveries.

Your letter will always be posted out at the same time every month and therefore it should arrive with you around the same time every month ensuring consistency for your little ones excitedly awaiting the arrival of their letter

We are based in the U.K. and all letters are posted out on the 1st day of the month.

For our U.K. customers we will post your letter on 1st day of the month by Royal Mail Second Class Post which usually takes 3 - 7 working days to arrive. You can expect your letter to arrive between the 4th and 8th . If your delivery hasn’t arrived by the 10th then please contact us so another can be dispatched immediately

For our International Customers:

We post on the 1st of the month by Royal Mail Standard International which usually takes 10-15 days to arrive, so you would be expecting your letter around the middle of the month. If your delivery hasn’t arrived by the end of the month please contact us so another can be dispatched immediately.

The Future Explorers’ Club dispatches letters all over the world via Royal Mail. We are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date and once in a while a letter can get lost in the post.

If it hasn't arrived within the expected timescale then please get in contact and we will dispatch another immediately.

A monthly Subscription costs £5.99 a month

There is no need to renew - your Subscription simply continues until you decide to cancel it.

You can manage your FEC subscription, view your billing schedule, or pause or cancel at any time. To access your subscription portal, please use the subscription access link sent to you by email when you signed up from;

Alternatively, contact us at futureexplorersclub@gmail.com, providing your order number and we’ll be happy to help with any subscription-related queries.

Yes you can cancel at any time and your cancellation instruction will become immediately effective.

You may receive one more letter if you have already paid for it but no further charges will be taken.

Step 1 - find the subscription confirmation email that you received when you signed up to FEC - the email came from

Step 3  - scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the red Cancel or orange Pause button .
